A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the Spa and Salon industries, Petronely Grindea specializes in training, marketing, business development, customer service, retail sales and promotions. She is responsible for opening new Spas in Chicago, Detroit, Beverly Hills, Toronto and eight salons throughout Canada. Ms. Grindea increased sales over 60% with training in customer service, business tools and techniques that increased the productivity of the Spa environments for Elizabeth Arden and Estee Lauder Companies,and as an Executive Director of Business Development and Medi Spa for Maximus Spas and Salons and Long Island Plastic Surgery Group.

Responsible for Elizabeth Arden and Estee Lauder Training, Marketing and Sales divisions, at the National Executive level she originated training programs in customer service, product/client relationships, employee orientation and business tools and techniques; as well as developed and implemented training standards in service and product knowledge and sales. Through training modules Petronely has touched on the importance of customers care, client registry and Spa therapies throughout the country.

In addition to her savvy in the realm of marketing, Petronely is also proficient in the financial aspect of running a profitable company. Her repertoire includes writing sales strategy guidelines for the Estee Lauder SPA environment and coordinating territories training programs to support sale strategies and objectives.

A restless innovator, Ms.Grindea created one of the first Medi Spa Modules in the country, a module integrated in Maximus Spa and Salon in association with Long Island Plastic Surgery Group. She also successfully developed a Corporate Division to help boost and cross market the business through events, in association with major corporations such as American Express, Smith Barneys, New Beauty Magazine, Bloomingdales, Fortunoff and Lufthansa, just to name a few.
